I was born and raised in Kelowna and have been self employed here for virtually all of my adult life. My wife, Michelle, and I have two fantastic children, Andrea
(17) and Scott (13). We are long time residents of the Central Okanagan and we operated a large horticultural business throughout the 1980's. As proprietor of Carr's Landing Orchards, I grew pears, apples, and nursery stock on over 200 acres in Carr's Landing and Vernon. I have been involved in the real estate business for many years on the land development side as President of Carr's Landing Developments Ltd. I have my B.Sc. in Computer Science from UBC and started and owned, for 5 years, both Bytz for Bratz and Bytz for Business, local businesses involved in the computer industry. I have
long since sold both businesses to concentrate on real estate sales. Starting up Bytz for
Bratz, a retail business focused on Service & Support, made it very clear how critical it is to serve the client.
It is with this dedication to Service & Support that I feel I can best serve the local Real Estate industry! My commitment to my client base is based on top service, excellent knowledge of the area, and the willingness and ability to work tirelessly until the client is satisfied. I am a proven Top Producer,

In addition, I have received the Re/Max Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards for long term sales
and excellence.
Finally, when the work is done, I always find a few spare moments to continue restoring and playing the blues on my
ever-expanding
collection of vintage Hammond organs.
Occasionally I play publicly in a local band for small functions and get-togethers but the Real Estate Industry keeps me far to busy to do this as much as I may like!!
Our other passion is getting out on the Harley's for a ride. Michelle & I
both ride so we can each take one of the kids and make it a complete family fun
time!!!
